RIVA MEDSPA is a fully-integrated, boutique-style medical spa in Virginia Beach offering a fusion of contemporary aesthetics and wellness services to restore, preserve and maintain youthful appearance and vitality.  Our core philosophy is that a youthful, vibrant appearance is best achieved by maintaining a healthy balance, internally, combined with skilled aesthetic enhancements. 

At RIVA MEDSPA, you can receive one of our many facial, medical aesthetic, laser or wellness services in the privacy of one of our plush treatment rooms or rejuvenate, replenish and socialize in our RIVA IV Bar and patient lounge.  

Formerly, BayShore MedSpa, a one-room medical aesthetics practice, RIVA MEDSPA has quickly grown into its beautiful new location nestled in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach's tranquil bayshore.  It's comfortable luxury with a friendly, come-as-you-are vibe.  

Our clients are like family to us, and our goal is to make each one feel welcome, cared for and beautiful.  We strive to offer the best in technology, products, technique and customer service. We are available and affordable to all,  not only the affluent.

Founded by Chan Nguyen, MD and Leica Gregor Nguyen, long-time residents of Virginia Beach and supporters of the local community, RIVA is an acronym for Rejuvenation Institute of Virginia and also means 'shore' in Italian.  Our name represents the tranquility and rejuvenating vitality of the Chesapeake Bay shore.  It also reflects our overriding philosophy of the importance of peaceful internal balance, the exquisiteness of natural aesthetic enhancements and the synergistic, life-changing impact of the two.

Giving back to our community and world is important to us.  RIVA is a proud supporter of The Chesapeake Bay Foundation through our RIVA RESULTS BayShore Botox Club membership program.  If you have a favorite charity, we will make a donation to the charitable organization of your choice and give you great pricing on the services you choose when you become a RIVA RESULTS Flex Member.  Either way, you are doing something fantastic for yourself and others at the same time!
