Leica Gregor Nguyen, MBA, MHA
Co-Founder, Practice Administrator
Leica received her graduate degrees from The University of Pittsburgh and is a former hospital administrator, healthcare strategic planner, medical practice management consultant, and marketing/planning analyst.
She has over-sight for all administrative, legal, and marketing aspects of Riva. Leica’s passion for the aesthetics industry and belief in the life-changing impact of internal balance on eternal vibrancy and quality of life has been the driving force behind our mission.
Riva is the cumulation of Leica’s long-time dream of establishing a lovely and welcoming space for enhancing beauty and well-being through wellness and natural aesthetic enhancements.
Leica is a native of western Pennsylvania, but has lived in Hampton Roads for 20 years. She’s married to Dr. Nguyen and enjoys spending time with him and their son, lunching and laughing with her girlfriends, watching Steelers football, and volunteering in the local community. She’s a former PTA treasurer, Sunday School teacher, and school room parent. Leica’s favorite services are Halo, IV wellness infusions and PDO threads.
